We want you to know what is in your food and where it came from. We take advantage of locally sourced produce, meat and dairy product availability. This gives us a direct and intimate knowledge of the ingredients we use and allows us to build a more personal relationship with our local farmers. You will notice our menu changing from time to time to adapt to the Appalachian seasons. Visit us often to see what's new, and don't hesitate to ask about the ingredients found in anything on our menu.
